Companion Day a smashing success!

Thanks to the students of LVC,
we raised over 400 gifts
for the Life Care Center of Paradise Valley!

On Saturday, December 13
over a dozen students and staff member

delivered the gifts and carolled
at the center for the 100 residents.

Jennifer Ocampo
On September 9, we lost Jennifer to
Pancreatic cancer.
Jennifer started in the Paralegal program in July.
She was 25 and is survived by her husband.
Constitution Day is coming!!!!
On Wednesday (Sept. 17) we will be celebrating with
The Founding Fathers Family Feud!
CJ will face off with Paralegal/CR/Scoping
Medical versus Business/Accounting
and the winners will face off.
The prize - free banana splits during finals week for the whole program!
So if CJ day wins - ALL morning CJ students win!

Welcome back!
I know you just finished last term last Thursday, but Welcome back anyway! Also, welcome all our news students to the LVC family! Today, we kick off the Winter 2008 term. This term you will find me in the library more. My hours are posted on my office door and at the reference desk. Student workers, Paul (mornings) and Holly (evenings) are also back this term.
I apologize that it has been a full months since I last updated this page. Between break week, the holidays, and finals, it kind of took a back seat. But - no more! One of my New Year Resolution is to keep this page up-to-date better.
